Also known as assisted suicide.
I prefer to call it dying with dignity.
If our pets are afforded that respect when quality of life has gone, should we not also have that right?
I believe so.
Do I want to become a burden to my family or society?
Do I want to linger, in pain or mentally incompetent?
Do I believe in a happy hereafter, heaven & such?
Far too logical for that.
So why would I willingly end it?
I say why not?
It's my life, my body.
Surely I have the right to call it quits, if I become terminally ill or my quality of life is gone.
Do humans really value their pets more than themselves or each other?
What do you think?
P.S. I'm not in a hurry to check out of the hotel of life for a long time yet, so don't push the panic button. lol
